My payment card details are no longer stored on my energy account, why has that happened?

You’ll have recently been informed that your energy supply is moving to British Gas Trading Ltd.  You’ll still see the Nabuh Energy brand and can manage your account in the same way, but we’ll need you to update the card details on your account as part of that move.  If you have any questions contact our friendly webchat team or call us on 0330 0414 902.
