Nabuh Energy was founded with the vision of supplying our customers with energy at a fair price while helping them to reduce their energy usage where possible and reduce their impact on the environment.

Nabuh Energy aims to operate in a fair, straightforward and open manner. We’ll do our best to make sure that everything we do and all the communications that we send you are clear and designed to help you understand the best choices available for you. We’re always trying to improve our processes and the care we provide to our customers. This includes working with third party organisations such as Citizens Advice to establish best practice in everything we do and thus allow us to help our customers as much as possible.

Handling Complaints

We make sure that all Nabuh Energy employees receive training on the standards our customers expect from us and the industry rules that we’re required to comply with. However, despite all our best efforts, things can sometimes still go wrong. If you’re unhappy with the service that you’ve received from us, please contact our customer care team and we’ll do our best to make sure that you’re satisfied.
