We’ll do our best to make sure that everything we do and all the communications that we send you are clear and designed to help you understand the best choices available for you. We’re always trying to improve our processes and the care we provide to our customers. This includes working with third party organisations such as Citizens Advice to establish best practice in everything we do and thus allow us to help our customers as much as possible.
We make sure that all Nabuh Energy employees receive training on the standards our customers expect from us and the industry rules that we’re required to comply with. However, despite all our best efforts, things can sometimes still go wrong.
