Customer Service Advisor | £7.50 Per Hour | Immediate Start

We are offering the opportunity to be part of something new that follows the customer journey from end to end with great prospects and career progression.

The Role:

We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic customer service advisor to join our hardworking team based in the heart of Sheffield. Prior experience in a similar position is preferred although training will be provided.

Ideal Candidates:

This role will suit candidates with a wide range of abilities and experience and we are particularly looking for a person with the following skills:

  • Friendly, professional and courteous.
  • Polite and confident telephone manner.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to prioritise own work load.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Good working knowledge of IT applications such as Word, Office and Excel.
Hours of Work:

10am - 7pm Monday - Friday (40hrs per week).

Responsibilities include: 
  • Delivering the highest level of customer service to ensure our customers always have the best experience.
  • Corresponding with customers daily to ensure they are kept up to date with any changes to their account or service and the status of service.
  • Handling customer queries and complaints via telephone and email in a polite and positive manner.
  • Recording and updating customer information accurately on CRM system.
  • Liaising daily with external partners.
  • Protect customer information in accordance with relevant legislations.
  • Ensuring that customer feedback is actively pursued, considered and appropriate action taken.
  • Maintaining positive customer relationships.

Sales Advisor | £17,000 PA | Immediate Start

The Role:

We're looking for enthusiastic, confident and well spoken sales persons to join our team to help customers save money on their energy bills. Previous experience is preferred but not necessary. We're based in Sheffield City Centre, with the goal to continue growing our company.

Ideal Candidates:
  • Well spoken & confident with a professional approach to a wide variety of people.
  • Able to work to targets / target driven.
  • Engaging personality with the ability to build rapport quickly with customers.
Hours of Work:

10am - 7pm Monday - Friday (1 Hour lunch, total 40hrs per week).

10am - 7pm Saturday - Once a Month.

Responsibilities include: 
  • Making outbound calls to Consumers.
  • Signing up new customers to one of our competitive tariffs.
  • Renewing tariff contracts with existing customers.
  • Working towards and achieving daily and weekly targets.
  • To maintain a high standard of quality when communicating with potential new customers.
