International Men’s Day 2020

“Some of the most comforting words in the universe are ‘me too.’ That moment when you find out that your struggle is also someone else’s struggle, that you’re not alone, and that others have been down the same road.” -Unknown

November 19th is International Men's Day - a day for raising awareness of men's health issues and a reminder that it's okay to talk about these issues. With that in mind, we've put together a small list of charities whose work combats these issues all year round!

Movember

Movember is a charity that encourages people to grow unsightly facial hair every November to raise awareness for men's health issues such as mental health and suicide, and prostate and testicular cancer. Across the country right now, many men are growing their mo to raise money for the Movember charity, including our own Omar. You can track his progress and donate to him here.
