November 19th is International Men's Day - a day for raising awareness of men's health issues and a reminder that it's okay to talk about these issues. With that in mind, we've put together a small list of charities whose work combats these issues all year round!
Movember
Movember is a charity that encourages people to grow unsightly facial hair every November to raise awareness for men's health issues such as mental health and suicide, and prostate and testicular cancer. Across the country right now, many men are growing their mo to raise money for the Movember charity, including our own Omar. You can track his progress and donate to him here.

CALM
CALM (The Campaign Against Living Miserably) is a charity dedicated to the fight against suicide. Tragically, around 125 people in the UK take their own life every week, with 75% of all suicides being men. In these uncertain times, looking after you mental health is more important than ever. Prostate Cancer UK
Prostate Cancer UK is a charity dedicated to the fight against prostate cancer. There are roughly 11,700 deaths from prostate cancer every year in the UK, and Prostate Cancer UK are at the forefront of making sure that number is reduced.
