Billing and Direct Debit Queries

Monthly billing allows you to spread your energy costs evenly throughout the year. We'll calculate your annual energy consumption and agree a monthly direct debit amount to pay for the energy you use. We'll produce regular invoices to help you understand the balance on your account, and periodically review your payment amount so you're paying what you need to.

Submit Your Meter Readings

Up to date meter readings allow us to calculate your energy costs accurately, so you're only paying for the energy you use. Providing regular meter readings will help us ensure you're paying the correct amount each month.


If you manage a rented property, it's important we know who's responsible for paying the energy bills. The easiest way to do this is to provide us with a copy of the tenancy agreement and we'll do the rest.
