Nabuh Energy was founded in 2017 and employs around 70 staff.

Nabuh Energy focuses on prepayment domestic gas and electricity supplies and has customers across the UK. Its mission was to provide a service that focuses on prepayment meters as a convenient, easy and affordable solution.

Nabuh Energy joins British Gas and Centrica

Since April 2021, the Sheffield-based energy supplier became part of the British Gas, however Nabuh Energy customers still manage their online account under the Nabuh brand.

British Gas is part of Centrica – a leading energy services and solutions company focused on helping our customers live sustainably, simply and affordably.

Our business is founded on a 200-year heritage of serving people. We supply energy and services to over 9 million residential and business customers, mainly in the UK and Ireland.

Nabuh Energy is supplied by British Gas Trading Ltd and we are 100% zero carbon across all our electricity tariffs.

Affordable, hassle-free energy with prepayment meters & Direct Debit

We welcome customers that use smart, traditional or Economy 7 prepay meters. Prepayment meters are a great way to control how much you are spending on energy as they simply allow you to ‘pay as you go.’

Alternatively, our Direct Debit options take the hassle out of bill paying – you don’t need to worry about paying your bills as the payment is made automatically.

Some of our rates are fixed tariffs, meaning you won’t need to worry about energy price increases for the year. All of this helps you to take control of your bills.
